- Split-key MPC technology for secure asset management
- Transaction management and monitoring tools
- Customer support services
4. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated by the U.S. as a "terrorist-supporting" country
- Not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
6. Self-Custody and User Responsibility
As a self-custody wallet:
- You are solely responsible for managing and securing your private keys and digital assets
- We cannot recover or reset access to your wallet if you lose your recovery information
- You are responsible for maintaining adequate security measures for your device and access information
- We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to user error or compromise of user devices
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass any security features
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Use the Services to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services

- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right
- Any dispute between you and any other user or third party
